DIVINE MOMENTS POLICIES:

1. PAYMENTS

I can now accept credit card payments for goods or donations via the "Payments" button on the main page. Please note you do not need a Paypal account to use their site. However if you already have a Paypal account, you must login to your account to make payments.

Minimum credit card purchases must be $10 or more due to the large fee I must pay for credit card use. I am a business of one with small volume of sales at this time. Thanks so much for your understanding!

I will accept personal checks and valid money orders. I do not accept COD.

Bounced checks will have a minimum $20 fee plus any bank charges imposed. I also reserve the right to refuse check payment if you have a history of returned checks with my store, or I cannot validate your home address and phone number. International payments must be made through Paypal (the Payments button on the main page).

2. COUPONS & GIFT CERTIFICATES

Occasionally we will offer special coupons or gift certificates during a fundraiser. More information about limits and terms will be found via the e-newsletters or events. Please limit to one per customer.

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, I will be happy to oblige. However, gift certificates need to be paid in cash or check.

3. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Terms for shipping and handling of any purchase through any event will be specified there. However in general:

Products for catalog style fundraisers are purchased and shipped on a bulk basis. This means that as orders begin to come in, we stock and ship the items in waves. Generally the items may not be sent until near or after the close of the fundraising program (a lot like Girl Scout Cookies -only our product is calorie free!). Specifically when the mailings begin is posted in that fundraising program.

United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail is our main method of shipment. We also use first class for small or flat packages.

If you have a specific need when it comes to shipping, just let me know on your order form, email or call.

4. RETURNS

I do accept returns, however some restrictions apply.

All items are carefully shipped and packaged to prevent damage from being dropped or from weather. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact me immediately so I can determine the best solution for your needs (refund or replacement for example). Make sure you retain packaging, as the post office may need proof for insurance.

I am meticulous about item descriptions and details of items being described in the catalog or whatever info source you use. I include full color images of the very item you should receive and note if other differences exist. If you are dissatisfied with the item, please contact me immediately. You can still return it for a full refund less shipping costs provided it has not been opened or used and can be resold.

5. PROGRAM SUPPORT RESTRICTIONS

Divine Moments only supports organizations whose values and mission is consistent with principles and laws outlined in the Christian Holy Bible.
